When do we sign the NDA?+
Before any project files or briefs are exchanged. We can sign your agency NDA or provide our standard agreement with strict confidentiality and non-solicitation clauses.
Do we need completed Figma designs to get started?+
No. While we frequently implement pixel-perfect Figma designs, we just as easily build from functional briefs, wireframes, user stories, or existing codebases. If needed, we can also handle UI/UX design based on your client's brand guidelines.
What happens if our client requests revisions or bug fixes post-launch?+
Every release comes with 30 days of active post-launch technical warranty included. Any bugs or deviations from approved specs are resolved with top priority at no extra charge.
How quickly can you start on a new project?+
Standard kickoff takes 3–5 business days following scope approval. In emergency overflow scenarios, we can onboard and begin sprinting within 48 hours.
How do billing and payment milestones work?+
For defined scopes, websites and design implementations, we work on a fixed-price milestone model. For ongoing SaaS development or overflow support, we bill transparent weekly sprints.
Can you work directly inside our Git repository and project boards?+
Yes. We create branches, pull requests, and commits directly in your GitHub/GitLab adhering strictly to your linter and review guidelines, alongside your team on Slack.
